Nice restaurant / lounge at Holiday Inn. We ate here better than most reviews suggest. The map is manageable, but has something for everyone. Food and service were very good. Kind regards

Food is not good, service is worst. Around 10 waiters not doing much but drinking beer and talking, walking here and there, not looking at the tables/customers at all. It took almost 2 hours to have dinner there, we ordered a hamburger and soda, can you believe it? Hamburger bun burned, meat hard like a shoe. It's great I don't travel much to Frankfurt

Food is Ok, but priced high. It was the only walkable option in the area due to construction.

Beverages glasses are only half full and are fully charged. The worst pizza I have ever eaten. Here one can only recommend to visit the restaurant nearby.

Was hard to find otherwise it was good the food was very plentiful.

I took the Tomato Coconut Soup and the Braised Beef Cheek. No sign of coconut for the soup, but the sugar was there ... The beef was hard and fat, and the celery puree just tasted like a regular smashed potatoes puree. I have waited 45min for the beef. It could have been ok if the result was not poor. I took a Riesling that was very good. The staff was nice and the restaurant looks good !

At Holiday Inn you can always eat well.

Western Restaurant: Summary - Above average restaurant serving quality dishes in a hotel environment. The Pros: Well prepared dishes, combining good flavor and quantity. The Schnitzel is excellent, the greens are fresh and the soups are very satisfying. Service is very proactive and friendly. The Cons: Prices are on the higher side. The Fish is too bony to be enjoyed.

Rude rude rude servers, overpriced mediocre food that had been left under heat lamps to long. Definitely a shameful lack of courtesy & customer service.

A little pricey but service was good. I had a voucher can not be printed the supervisor and staff helped me to sort it out. Very appreciated.
